“I was working over in Richmond on a project. This was just a place to sleep. The hotel is obviously old and could use some refreshing but other than that it was fine. It gets noisy at night however, as it would appear maybe some parties of people are all pitching in on a room to have a get together, or get let in the back door. “Clean rooms, comfortable bed, quiet.”

“The hotel is still quite new, so everything is in great shape (although our sink drain was dripping, maintenance fixed it promptly). Comfortable beds, nice breakfast options for a reasonable price, good fitness room. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. When we arrived, the entire hotel had a strong odor of marijuana. Our first set of room keys didn't work, so we had to return to the front desk to have them reprogrammed before we could even enter our room. Once inside, we discovered that we had been given a room with one king bed, even though our reservation was for two double beds to accommodate three adults. As we were leaving the room to notify the front desk about the incorrect room...

“The property was conveniently located and surrounded by retail stores and dinner options. Staff was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. However the room was disappointing. The kitchen and bathroom showed signs of wear and tear, not all electric outlets were working and the hair dryer was also not working…luckily I brought my own. Lack of attention to detailed cleaning as we found cobwebs near the air conditioner and under the lamp shades.”
