“Overall the stay was ok. If In had brought my children, we would have not checked in. Checked in—smelled of weed upon walking in. Hallways smelled of pet pee. Pool was closed. Outside many homeless people (they did not bother anyone) but as a single female traveler it wasn’t the most comfortable at night. Rooms clean.”

“Ultimately, a decent stay.But honestly, you get what you pay for here. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The pool area was nice and clean and warm! The continental breakfast could be more than a couple of packaged muffins and granola bars, and maybe some options in the tea area, but otherwise, okay. It's definitely outdated, but is a solid hotel. It could use new carpeting and bathroom amenities... i'm pretty sure what's here has been here since the place was built, but everything is...

“Hotel is very nice. I would recommend it as a good choice away from the congestion of Market Street. Easy to get to the shops and restaurants from the hotel’s location.”

“It was beautiful and quiet. Each floor has its own coffee, tea and water which was lovely. It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.”

“The room was very clean, however we were on the top floor and it was very warm when we entered the room. We put the AC on before we went out for our event for the evening. When we returned, it was over 85 in our room. We called maintenance, however they could not assist with our AC as they do not have any help after hours, could not offer us another room because it "wasn't clean"and could not even offer us a fan. We were stuck in a room that was about 90 degrees”

“Everything was great at Lang House! The room had everything we needed—comfy bed, nice bathroom, bottles of water, and some fresh cookies to greet us each day. Great location—a few downhill blocks to Church St and a few more to the Waterfront. Breakfast was very good and a nice start to the day. Hosts and staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“I didn’t know the property is totally in construction. From outside the building, to entering. Like new furniture, pictures, chairs etc. They are changing brands. The room however was updated and new. Walkable to the water and dinner. Staff were nice. I just wished it said it was under construction prior to booking.”

“The hotel is still quite new, so everything is in great shape (although our sink drain was dripping, maintenance fixed it promptly). Comfortable beds, nice breakfast options for a reasonable price, good fitness room. Staff was friendly and helpful.”
