Walking distance to Augusta National! Fantastic location! This end unit, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome has everything you need for your getaway to Augusta, Georgia. Located off I-20 between Washington Road and Riverwatch Parkway and within minutes of downtown Augusta, Cyber Center, AU Medical Center, Piedmont Hospital, VA, canal, river and parks. Also located near the new Dave & Busters, Costco, movie theater, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and bars.

This townhouse features a spacious living/entertaining area with 65" Roku smart tv, full kitchen, dining room with seating for 6+, powder bath, patio with charcoal grill, and designated workspace. The airy primary bedroom suite has a Tempur-Pedic king sized bed, 43" Roku smart tv, garden tub, and walk-in closet. Secondary bedrooms have queen sized beds. Curved shower rods are in both bathrooms. Laundry located upstairs.

Our host was super responsive to all requests. The location is very convenient to several restaurants, grocery stores, etc and a short, easy drive from the Riverwalk area. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Our access to the property was delayed until after 5:00 PM due to ongoing cleaning, despite my prior request for early entry. Furthermore, the central air conditioning system malfunctioned on the initial night of our stay. While the issues were addressed promptly, the resolution felt somewhat rushed. However, future stays would be considered if each bedroom were equipped with ceiling fans, televisions, small essential (trash bags) and a functional stove. Comfortable and spacious

My brother and I stayed here while our mother was in ICU/hospice care at Piedmont Augusta. The space is comfortable, with nice indoor and outdoor spots. The Medical District was a quick 7-10 minute drive, and there are plenty of shopping and restaurant options nearby. Communication was smooth and easy. A great place to stay during a challenging time for our family.

Nice stay

Great clean house, only thing we noticed was AC couldn’t get colder than 79 during the day. Usually started cooling down around sun down in the evenings. Wasn’t a huge deal because we weren’t in the house during the day, but something of note for those who would be. All rooms were clean And spacious. Also recommend not using white towels. My husband is African American and towels tend to appear dirtier then normal when he uses them, especially white ones.

Property was centrally located for our needs. I personally felt the kitchen surfaces and stair railings could have been cleaner. Traffic noise heard from the master bedroom. Host was easy to work with. Overall, comfortable and met our needs

The communication was great. Very clean, soft sheets, great quality bed. Master has some various street noise. But nothing that bothered me or the wife much. Nice rear patio area. I wiuld stay again.

Brickrun Birdie

The home was a great property with plenty of room/bathrooms. I enjoyed baking for my Army sons while we visited together in the nice big kitchen. Only issues we encountered were another tenant parking in what should have been our space occasionally and the temperature was quite warm when we arrived and took several hours to get down to comfortable but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great Value!!

It is VERY roomy with plenty of beds & bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen has lots of dishes & it’s ready for a BBQ. Patio was not ready for guests, but it rained so no worries. I would stay again!! Quiet front street, noisy back street. Owner was very accommodating!

Clean and quiet.

Everything was great, the fences in the back yard needs to be fixed. We had to keep the dog on his leash, would have been nice to just open the door and let him go out. Other than that the place was great, even had some coffee on the shelf which was nice cause i forgot ours. Thanks Chris, i appreciate your efforts.

Best weekend ever!!

Very nice townhome! Comfortable beds with awesome sheets! Noise from either Washington Road or Alexander Drive was pretty bad!! All in all! Great stay with my childhood bestie from Arkansas!! We both grew up in Augusta!! Will always be home to us!! Thank you!! Will definitely rent again!!!

Great Place!

Perfect amount of space for a traveling family. We only stayed for one night but would have been comfortable for multiple days! Very clean, well appointed, and as advertised. Convenient to the big attractions in Augusta.

Perfect for our purposes

We were in Augusta for a baseball tournament in Evans. The townhouse was perfect for our purposes as we needed something more accomodating than a hotel room. Everything was in great shape and the beds were especially comfortable. Communication was superb!
