Our Cozy 2 BR 1BA with comfy Queen Beds, nice sitting areas and well organized kitchenettes - is all you need for a comfortable stay. Smart TVs provided for your entreatment in each bedroom and the living room. The kitchenettes equipped with a microwaves, coffee machines and some necessities useful for a quick bite. Private back entrance makes coming and going easy. Spacious living area, full bathroom, and laundry room will be at your disposal during the stay. What a great value! Adam was an excellent host. The space is the lower side of his split-level home. He lives up top. The driveway was ours for the duration of our stay. He parked on the street. Immaculately clean. Massive space for the price. Theater-style living room with large TV and recliners. Bedrooms have sitting areas and TVs. Adam was communicative and polite, ensuring we had everything we needed. Will stay again when the opportunity comes up.

Our host was very welcoming and made sure to communicate with us regarding our needs. The accommodations were so spacious and designed for maximum comfort. The large screen tv was a bonus as were the seating areas in both of the bedroom suites. The living space was extremely roomy. Thank you for a great stay.

How was always just a message away. Def would recommend putting some sort of trash disposal receptacle in the unit somewhere. Besides the tiny one in the bathroom. Other than that everything was wonderful!

Great property. Didn't realize the listing was for a basement turned apartment set up, with the host upstairs. The listing could perhaps be more direct with that detail, but it wasn't a problem, just surprising. Otherwise, exactly as listed. Clean, comfortable and a good location.

I stayed here during my son’s AAU tournament and it was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect and our host went out his way several times to make sure we were comfortable. He even brought my Walmart delivery in after a very long day at the gym. I pray this place is open every year we’re here for this tournament.

This is a fantastic bottom level apartment style place

The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s in a very quiet nice neighborhood. The rooms are really amazing, each with sitting area, tv, fridges and microwaves. The living room is probably the best I’ve ever stayed in. Very private with separate entrance. Just awesome! I stayed for almost 2 weeks and would absolutely stay again.

Exquisite, clean and great location

Enjoyed our stay, the owner lives on premises and immediately available. This was a sister trip so, worked for us. Hard to imagine intimate privacy with a spouse since it’s connected to the upstairs by a locked “artistic barn door.” Adam designed this as a perfect relaxing, retreat space. Kudos to the maid! Not a dust particle! Thank you for the opportunity to stay! See you again sometime.
