Welcome to The Birdie Bungalow! You'll find this modern, stylish property is near everything Augusta has to offer.

Explore the area from the convenience of our cozy townhome, which is neatly designed and complete with all the amenities needed to enable an effortless, congenial stay.

Located right off 1-20, you're 12 minutes from the famed Augusta National Golf Course, home of The Masters Tournament, and 15 minutes from downtown.

Our refreshed townhome is created with your comfort in mind. This two-bedroom, two-bath property features a clean design and pleasing aesthetic, enabling a relaxing experience throughout your stay with us.

Freshly painted rooms are complete with graceful touches throughout. Comfy, sleek furniture ensures a leisurely stay. Bedrooms are cozy and restful, with hotel quality bedding.

Our kitchen has all the essentials, including bar seating and a cocktail area for your enjoyment. The separate laundry room features a washer and dryer, ready for you to use.

A private patio is located in the rear of the house, which provides an excellent way to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a long day. Wifi is located throughout the property, ensuring you stay connected.

Southern Living magazine named Augusta as the "Most Neighborly" City in America in 2020. Our townhome reflects this disposition, as you'll find the immediate area to be a lovely and friendly, quiet community. The property itself is located near the back of a development, with minimal traffic.

The easiest way to explore the area is by car. Our townhome is conveniently located near Interstate 20 and I-520, just a few minutes away. You're also a 5 minute drive to Augusta National Golf Course and about 10 minutes from the historic downtown. Augusta Regional Airport is also an 18 minute drive away.

Uber and Lyft services are also readily available. The downtown is very walkable, as are the numerous trails and hiking paths near the area.

We're located just a few minutes away (about 1.5 miles) from Doctors Hospital.

Cosa c’è nei dintorni?

  • Home of Freeman Walker, outstanding citizen of early Georgia. Born in Virginia in 1780, he came to Richmond County in his youth and studied law. Freeman Walker, in 1826, deeded 70 acres of land to the United States Government to be used as an arsenal-the site now of the Junior College of Augusta. He reserved one acre as a family burial ground, known as the Walker Cemetery. He was the father of Maj. Gen. W. H. T. Walker, CSA. Admitted to the bar in 1802, he followed a life of public service; City Attorney for three years and Mayor of Augusta 1817-19, being the first to hold the city´s chief executive office under the name of Mayor, and Brigade Inspector of Gen. Valentine Walker´s brigade in 1813. He represented Richmond County in both branches of the State Legislature and represented Georgia in the U. S. Senate. His speech on the Missouri Compromise attracted nation-wide attention. He died in 1827 and is buried in the Walker Cemetery.
