"The apartment was spacious and clean, but lacked amenities like a kettle. The bed was made up of two slim single beds without a mattress topper. This made it uncomfortable, and the beds slipped apart at night. We were disappointed by the service from reception — they offered to organise a taxi to Termini for 60€ (the taxi cost, independently organised by us, was about 24 euro) A similar incident meant that we did not feel that reception was welcoming or a point of support for foreigners in a new city. "
