“Beautiful villa (former Polish consulate), in green and posh area. It felt as if we were part of postwar movie. Somebody in the house was regularly playing the piano, fantastic and moving music, around 8 pm.
Huge room, with a seating area and big bathroom. We had work at the Hochschule für Buchkunst, which we could see from our window, just 50 mt away. Only 3 tram stops from station. Around the corner, deeper into the Musikviertel, there are many restaurants. And Backstein, a wonderful bakery...

Besonders hervorheben muss ich das Frühstück. Die Auswahl ist großartig, es ist das Beste, was ich bis jetzt erlebt habe, mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

“Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in der Innenstadt, ist sowohl vom Bahnhof aus als auch mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen (eigene Garage). Die Zimmer sind großzügig, hell und freundlich. Nicht empfehlenswert sind die Zimmer an der Goethestraße. Die dort von früh morgens bis spät in die Nacht in kurzen Abständen fahrenden Straßenbahnen sind sehr laut, der Raum vibriert. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter gab uns nach einer sehr unruhigen Nacht dort ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry service at a good price. Clean facilities. I like that the washrooms were not in the sleeping area, they were just outside the door. Less noise for people in the dorm and more privacy for people using the washrooms. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Good location. ”

However, staying near the station can sometimes be a bit of a downside, as there were a few homeless people around. The only real negative about the hotel was the cleaning service, which was extremely superficial. That was the one and only downside."
