• Normal wear, minor imperfections, or pre-existing cosmetic marks may be present throughout the home due to regular use. We maintain high cleaning standards and ensure the property is fully cleaned and prepared before each stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including all 3 bedrooms, living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, patio, and 2-car garage. Self check-in makes arrival easy and convenient.



Any locked owner or maintenance closets are not available for guest use.

You’re about 12 minutes from Kalahari Resort, Dell Diamond, and Old Settlers Park, with Downtown Round Rock, great local dining, shopping, and family activities nearby. Spend the day at the waterpark, catch a baseball game, explore the trails, or head into Austin for a night out—then come back to a quiet home base away from the city crowds.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with quick access to Round Rock’s top attractions and major roads. Kalahari Resort, Dell Diamond, and Old Settlers Park are about 12 minutes away, while Downtown Round Rock, restaurants, shopping, and everyday essentials are just a short drive. Planning a day in Austin? Downtown is approximately 25–30 minutes away. Having a car is recommended for the easiest and most flexible way to explore the area.

However, Texas’ warm climate and seasonal weather can occasionally bring insects indoors, particularly during periods of heat or rain. While we take preventative measures to keep the home comfortable and well-maintained, an occasional sighting may occur and does not indicate an infestation. Refunds are not provided for occasional pest sightings, but please let us know right away so we can address any concerns



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties. As these are outside our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconveniences.



🗑️ Additional Supplies: May be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer (if available) to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.
