This house is designed for both fun and relaxation, with an array of amenities to keep everyone entertained. Enjoy friendly competitions on the basketball and pickleball sports courts across the street, or test your pool, shuffleboard, or arcade skills in the giant game room. With 9 smart TVs throughout the property, you won’t have to go far to stream the latest shows or cheer on your favorite sports team.



For those looking to take on the Texas heat, you can cool off in the pool or catch the rays in the lounge chairs by the pool or on the rooftop patio while gazing at the breathtaking Austin skyline views. The main house has 4 luxurious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a rooftop patio with breathtaking downtown views. The master suite has a large, spacious walk-in closet and a spa-like bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



The large, immaculate kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry for storage, and all the cooking items you can imagine. All newly purchased for your stay.



The secondary building contains a game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade games, a movie room, and a bedroom.



Please note we do not allow for Disruptive gatherings or Community nuisances. Gatherings that threaten the safety of or disturb the surrounding community are not allowed. Disruptive behavior and actions, including excessive smoking around neighbors or smoking in areas where smoking is prohibited, littering, making excessive noise, or obstructing a neighbor’s access to their homes, aren’t allowed.



This home is not meant to hold a party, a reception, or any similar crowded event. Any violation of this rule could lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation, and NO REFUND will be issued in these circumstances.
