Step outside to a private backyard retreat featuring a pool, hot tub, seating areas, and an outdoor fireplace, perfect for both daytime fun and cozy evenings under the Texas sky.



Bedrooms are thoughtfully spread throughout the home to offer added privacy and quiet rest spaces, even with larger groups.

• Pull Out couch available in pool table room.



Upper Level (off the kitchen)

Getting Around:

Due to the home’s location, we strongly recommend that groups have their own vehicles during their stay. This allows for the easiest access to local attractions, dining, and day trips.



Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available, but availability can be limited in this area. If you plan to use rideshare, we recommend scheduling pickups in advance, especially when leaving the property.



Having a vehicle will provide the most flexibility and convenience throughout your stay.

🌊 Pool & Hot Tub Guidelines



To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following:



Hot Tub

• Hot tub heating is included at no additional cost

• Heating is controlled remotely and operates on a set schedule

• If you’d like to adjust the heating schedule, please send a message through the booking platform (or text if provided)

• No glass containers are allowed in the pool or hot tub areas at any time



Pool Heating

• Pool heating is available for an additional fee and requires advance notice

• Pricing:

• $1,000 for the first 3 nights

• $333 for each additional night

• A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reach desired temperatures by check-in



Pool heating is not available:

• December 1 – March 31

• When outdoor temperatures are below 55°F

• We reserve the right to decline pool heating requests due to weather, equipment, or safety considerations



🐾 Pet Policy

• Up to 2 dogs are allowed per reservation

• A $150 pet fee per stay applies

• The pet fee will be requested after booking confirmation

• Pets must be supervised at all times and are not permitted on furniture or beds
