Questa bella Casita ha 2.500 SF, quattro camere da letto, quattro bagni, può ospitare fino a 8 con una sala multimediale / gioco al piano superiore al piano superiore con una TV a grande schermo e due grandi portici per godere di una vista panoramica sul Lago di Travis. A parte le grandi caratteristiche di questa casa, si trova sul "HILLTOP" degli Hollows, che è il punto più alto a 800 piedi sopra il livello del suolo sui 1400 acri di Hollows! Questa proprietà è accanto a un'altra fantastica Casita con una terza Casita a poche porte in basso che aiuterà ad accogliere i vostri gruppi più numerosi ed è facilmente accessibile alla Affumicata dall'altra parte della strada.

Solar eclipse 2024

Property was very comfortable had plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for everybody in our group The Views were very nice off the back decks so overall we were very very happy with our selection. The only issue we might have had is the alarm system wanted to constantly beep needed to be shut off manually and that included during the middle of the night so that is something that definitely needs to be addressed by the property owner.

Lovely Casita needs some TLC

The house was spacious and comfortable and the view was fantastic! We found bits of food on the carpet throughout the house and stains on the carpet by the kitchen especially. The couches are pretty worn, saggy, and stained as well. The beds were clean and comfy which was nice. The air conditioner stopped working on one of the nights but the property manager was very quick to act and got a technician out to fix it within hours, thank goodness.

House was ok, wouldn't revisit

I felt like this house needs some major TLC. The furniture is very worn down, carpeting is very dirty, holes in the walls from missing pictures. Additionally, it was not very clean which is surprising given the cleaning fee I had to pay. While cleaning up some of the board games that the kids played on the floor, we found peanut butter containers and candy wrappers under the couches in the game room. Yuck. On the pros side, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The views from the patio balcony are amazing. The neighborhood pool and hiking trails were also very nice. If I choose to visit this area again, I would not have a repeat stay at this property.

Great location but HOA is a pain

Pros: beautiful setting and the house was well appointed and large enough for two families with teens. View is gorgeous of water. Cons: the neighbors and HOA are difficult. Due to Covid the pool was limited, the hot tub was not working and there was a chain link fence around the clubhouse. The person working at the front was rude and unfriendly to the kids. We tried to reserve pool time for ourselves and the other family who rented another VRBO down the street and they canceled our reservations. It was pretty frustrating. There was literally only one other family there but they acted like we were imposing. Overall- nice place but rude HOA.

Lovely, lake-adjacent property

Had a great time at this property at The Hollows! The house was beautifully equipped for cooking and had terrific lake views from both decks. Plenty of room for six adults working from home, plus the area around the house was full of great trails and natural scenery. Only downside was no access to hot tubs at the Hollows Beach Club (turned off to prevent over-congregating during Covid - as it should be!), be we still took a dip in the cold pool at the Club on a particularly hot day. Overall, a great spot, and must be especially great when resort-like amenities are in full swing. Would come back!

Perfect getaway

My 2 sisters and our brother rented this house for a long weekend. It was perfect with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Due to COVID we wanted to just cook in and relax. Amazing view from both upstairs and downstairs porches of the lake. The house was very nice and was well appointed. The kitchen had plenty of everything which we have found somewhat unusual in most rentals. Large TV downstairs and even another one upstairs for kids. The pool at the beach club was nice and the food was also very good. We will probably rent this again next year.

Great place to stay! and this place had so much to offer; Bill made our stay very welcoming, easy to get checked in and out, the community was so nice, relaxing, clean, great pool and food, the marina was very convenient and boat rentals at your fingertips. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect

My daughter got married last weekend at Villa Antonia on the border of Lago Vista and Jonestown. My sister and I were looking for a house to stay in near the venue. Fortunately, this house and the house next to it were available for the long weekend, and we each rented one so that our families could spend time together. The houses are mirror images of each other, and the plan worked perfectly. Large family areas, both upstairs and downstairs, with great balconies that have wonderful view of Lake Travis and the Hill Country. You also have access to the Beach Club facility. Bill and his colleague were responsive and helpful. We can't recommend his house (or the house next door) highly enough.

When we arrived, there was a basket with snacks, information about restaurants and other helpful information, The house was very well decorated and clean. It was just as you see in the pictures. We truly enjoyed our stay.
