Casa Lago è un ottimo posto per fuggire a tutto l'anno. Vista sul lago Austin con una breve passeggiata sul lungomare. Questa proprietà ha un sacco di spazio per memorizzare la vostra barca con solo 5 minuti di auto da Quinlin Park per il varo delle barche, enorme ponte con grill a gas situato su una curva isolata del Lago Austin a soli 32 km dal centro di Austin. Rilassati, rilassati, goditi la doppia o la singola persona, i kayak, il birdwatching, il pesce o goditi un trattamento termale nella vicina Lake Austin Spa. La casa può ospitare 6 persone, e l'ampio cortile offre un'abbondanza di spazio all'aperto per socializzare, barbecue, giocare o semplicemente rilassarsi. Portate la vostra barca e / o moto d'acqua o lounge ai bordi dell'acqua (si applicano regole rigide per il parco HOA privato) e bevete nella vista dell'habitat del Golden Cheeked-Warbler direttamente sul lago. A soli 35 miglia dalla nuova F-1 Track di Austin, a 20 miglia da SXSW e ACL Festival.


Le attività: By Day - kayak (giubbotti di salvataggio e pagaie forniti), escursioni, nuoto, pesca, golf, sci e wakeboard, portare la vostra barca o jet ski (un sacco di parcheggio). È possibile kayak o camminare 1/4 di miglio al Lake Austin Spa per servizi termali di classe mondiale.

Di notte: cenare, grigliare, guardare le stelle o colpire la vita notturna del centro o del lago di Austin.

In segno di rispetto per i nostri vicini, vi chiediamo di rispettare le regole del parco HOA, Assolutamente NESSUNA AUTO è autorizzata ad essere nel parco e di raccogliere tutta la spazzatura prima di partire. Gli animali domestici devono essere tenuti al guinzaglio in ogni momento in quanto sono considerati nei regolamenti di Austin. La rampa della barca pubblica a Mary Quinlan Park è a solo 1/4 miglia di distanza ed è un lancio di barche utente molto più amichevole. C'è anche un parcheggio aggiuntivo per gli ospiti che visitano temporaneamente durante il vostro soggiorno. Se si viaggia in un grande camper posso organizzare un ampio parcheggio per la vostra convenienza vicino alla casa. Abbiamo una politica severa che vieta le feste a casa nostra. Perfect lake cottage for a stay by the water. Surrounded by huge old trees, with peekaboo views of the water from an expansive tree-shaded deck with big table and barbecue. Feels like living in a tree house. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the lake from several nearby parks and public boat ramps. Room for kids/grandkds and dogs to run and play outside. Very clean, with well equipped kitchen and linen closet, two comfortable bedrooms, and a nice bathroom. Great spot for a beautiful get-away, but also a great longterm rental, as we stayed three months during a remodeling project at our home. Great little house in a magical location.

We spent 2 months at Jon’s house and it was great. The house is cozy and in an amazing location. Jon was always available to answer all of our questions. We will stay there again next time we are in Austin

My husband and I stayed for a month at Casa Lago. Jon was extremely responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The house is clean and the porch is a wonderful extension of the house. The proximity to the Lake is an added plus. The internet is excellent. We enjoyed our time at Casa Lago.

We stayed in Jon's house for a whole month. The pictures do not do this place justice - the house is situated on a hill directly across from Lake Austin with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding trees. A one minute walk down the lane and you're standing on a dock or have your toes in the water. Jon's house is immaculate, well stocked with everything you need and more. Communication with owner was fantastic and fast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have booked another month if it was available. Even weathered the big snow storm in Texas at this house and never lost power or water, like thousands of people all over the state. Highly recommend! Thanks Jon for a wonderful stay!

If you are looking for a posh place with the fancy amenities, keep scrolling. If you are looking for a very comfortable home within walking distance to the private gated boat ramp and lake area, this is your spot. Leaving was difficult as we fell in love with the space and community. Jon is absolutely delightful and answers within minutes. I couldn’t have asked for a better time. Truly and honor to stay in this home. Thank you Jon and family, we will be back for sure!!

everything was excellent, the lake, the cabin, the beds were super comfortable and the pillows fantastic. however, for 3 vegetarian women from hippysville Vancouver, seeing animal heads on the walls was a shocker. I get that it's Texas however, I (ironically there was a Live Love and Life sign in the kitchen. We saw 2 deer roaming the streets which was both cool and kind of sad. The only down side of the location is that there is no food stores within walking distance, so make sure you load up on the way in. I wish we could have taken advantage of the lake and barbe-cue area but we were busy day and night at the ACL festival. That was a bit of a hike each day (1/2 hour drive), but the cabin on the lake was worth it. Only real downside were the stuffed animal heads on the wall, it shocked the hell out of us. Poor deer and Impala...one of the bands at the ACL was Tame Impala...

We loved our stay at the perfectly located Casa Lago Lake House in Steiner Ranch! We spent evenings relaxing on the deck, taking the short walk to beautiful Lake Austin, and enjoying the kayaks provided by the owner. The house was very comfortable with wonderful amenities; clean, very comfortable beds, large, well-provisioned kitchen and plenty of space to enjoy relaxing. Nice little lake house. We had everything we needed, we just brought our groceries. If you do forget anything there are stores with in 10 minutes. Jon was very accommodating & answered quickly if we had any questions. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck under the biggest pecan tree I’ve ever seen. We cooked out on the grill & had coffee & breakfast out on the deck. Everyone was friendly in the neighborhood , even the dogs, they pretty much stayed to themselves though. We kayaked, fished & just listened to music on the dock at the HOA Park a very short walk down the hill. The waters a little cold right now. We will be back when we need a quick getaway from Ft. Worth.
