Good to know
The home has one bathroom, and two beds which makes it a natural fit for couples, friends traveling together, and small families. Maximum of four people. We take pride in a spotless, thoughtfully prepared home and are always a message away. This is a duplex and the owners/hosts do live right next door. There is only one small, shared wall with excellent insulation, so noise has never been issue. We just like to make sure that is clear up front. We care about every detail because we want your Austin trip to be one you talk about for years.
