Overall the apartment was very pleasant, but we found certain elements of the property to be lacking. The kitchen, while adequate for take-out style meals was quite dimly lit, so any meal preparation would have been out of the question. Options for freshly brewed morning coffee (though not listed as an amenity) were also poor, so would recommend that folks bring their own unless Folgers or sweetly flavored Keurig coffee pods are your thing. By contrast, the bathroom lighting was so bright that any chance of a relaxing bath or shower is out of the question. There is no option to dim the lights or use an alternative.Most disappointing was the thick layer of dust and debris under the bed in the bedroom. We wanted to use the box fan that was left in the bedroom closet but didn't for fear of creating a dust devil from under the bed!The guest manual could use a bit more information about some the property features, but on the plus side, the host was extremely prompt with answers to our questions and inquiries.
