Back inside, the spacious kitchen can accommodate all your mealtime needs, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, toaster, drip coffee maker, and a large island where you can serve up a spread of afternoon appetizers. Coffee lovers are also sure to love the pour-over coffee setup available in the kitchen. Barstool seating at the island for 2 is an ideal spot for your morning coffee or a quick breakfast or take more formal meals at the nearby dining room table with seating for 6. A fully fenced back yard offers even more outdoor spaces to spread out and stretch your legs, keeping the unconventional theme alive and well in the décor and seating options.
This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a twin size sofa sleeper in the loft.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.
Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with two individual vanities and a walk-in shower.
The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms – the first on the main floor with a pedestal sink and shower/tub combo and the second on the second floor with a pedestal sink and walk-in shower.

- Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Additional metered parking on the street as needed.
- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 5 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

Zilker Park, which houses the famous Barton Springs Pool, offers access to paddle board and kayak rentals, and central Lady Bird Lake and nature trails boast a two-mile loop perfect for exercise or a relaxing stroll.
