The Space:

Welcome to a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished home in South Austin — ideal for working professionals, digital nomads, relocation stays, or anyone spending extended time in Austin.

The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the home, providing additional privacy for couples, coworkers, families, or longer stays.

The primary bedroom features a king hybrid memory foam mattress, 32” Smart TV, and a connected private sink/vanity area. The second bedroom features a queen memory foam mattress and 43” Smart TV.

The full bathroom is accessible from both the primary bedroom and hallway, making it convenient for everyone while still allowing the bathroom to be closed off for privacy.

The living room features a comfortable seating area, 55” Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video included, and board games for relaxing nights at home.

The kitchen is fully equipped for both short and extended stays, and the home includes in-unit laundry and two dedicated workspaces with blazing-fast WiFi.

Outdoor Space:

Enjoy your own spacious, fenced backyard surrounded by mature trees. The shaded patio and outdoor seating provide a comfortable place to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind after a day in Austin, or let your pup enjoy some outdoor time.

The home is conveniently located near HEB, Gold’s Gym, Walgreens, and major highways, with easy access to Downtown Austin, South Congress, Zilker Park, Barton Springs, COTA, and many of Austin’s favorite coffee shops, taco spots, live music venues, and outdoor destinations.

This home is one side of a private duplex. You have your own private entrance and fenced backyard.

This is a quiet residential property and is not a party house. Quiet hours are **10:00 PM–8:00 AM daily**, and we ask that guests be respectful of our neighbors during those hours.

Pet Policy — Please Read Carefully

We love hosting guests with dogs and want to make sure the home stays comfortable and clean for everyone.

* Dogs must be bathed prior to arrival. Professional cleaning fees may apply if significant pet odors remain after checkout.
* Dogs are not permitted on beds.
* Furniture covers are provided and must be used if your dog will be on the furniture.
* Dogs must be secured in a crate or enclosure if left unattended in the home.
* Leashes are required whenever dogs are outside the fenced backyard.
* Please clean up after your dog. Waste bags are provided above the laundry room sink. A $100 cleaning fee may apply if pet waste is left unattended.
* Please do not bathe dogs in the bathtub. A $100 cleaning fee may apply if this occurs.
