“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“The room was modern, elegant, and nice, with a comfy mattress and pillow set. The breakfast was great, and staff were incredibly friendly. Overall we loved our stay, and can't wait until the next trip to Austin. This is my new go-to hotel. ”
