“This hotel is in the middle of downtown Austin. It is very loud and has a lot of homeless in the area. There is construction right. Ow and it was very difficult to get to the property. Check-in was great. Helpful customer service. Parking is $55 for self parking. I was told if I wanted to valet it would be $75. The location is right by I-35. Be mindful of this because there is the freeway noise, the construction noise, construction. The room “looked” clean. But, we all had red bumps that...

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“The TV did not work one night and the brightness was not where it should have been. I could not adjust myself.”

“Clean room. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was professional and helpful. ”

“Traveled with a pet. Room was clean and our experience was smooth. They had a perfect amount of towels in the room. I do like this hotel chain it seems to be fairly consistent wherever we travel. This location made it easy to get to central Austin where our activities were. I would stay here again. I will note that breakfast has gotten limited and less impressive these days but it was still adequate and nice to have included.”
