“Room/bathroom/towels were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Check in was quick. Continental breakfast was excellent. Lobby was nice. Snacks/drinks for purchase in the lobby. Pool table. Gym. Quiet. The only negatives were pillows too soft, toilet paper too thin and not a lot of places to eat close to the hotel but restaurants weren’t too far. Highly recommend. ”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
