Would not stay again

Not the safest place to stay. It is an old apartment complex, but the inside of the unit was updated and nice. We were not able to adjust the A/C. It stayed at 71 which is too hot. They only provided 1 hand soap to share between the kitchen and 2 bathrooms...we had to keep this one soap in the kitchen so that all guests had access. There also were no showering toiletries, so we had to go to the store and purchase shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Getting verified and checking into the unit was such lengthy and annoying process. They made all of the guests verify and you had to provide your contact info and social secruity. The unit number listed on VRBO was not the unit we were assigned. So we can got to the unit, we were not able to get in. I had to call to confirm which unit number was correct. The WIFI was also not provided. Our host had poor communication and did not get back to me. I eventually found instructions for the WIFI listed on one of the apps/websites to our unit. The infomation then said to check the back of the modem...really they were so lazy they couldn't just list the information for us on the app or in the check-in instructions. Do not stay here if you want to feel safe walking to your car and if you're not tech savy.

The worst

It took 4.5 hours after check in time to give us access to our rental because we were unaware that we would have to share our social security numbers with two separate companies that we never agreed to do business with. We were forced to leave the next day because there was no hot water and we could not properly bathe. The service request for water was apparently completed after we were already supposed to have checked out. Waiting on our full refund that we were promised by Fran who was the only helpful person

AUSTIN review

Beds were very comfortable but the place was not very clean. Kitchen was not clean ahead of our visit, there was not a garbage can. The washing machine was out of service and was not serviced during our 6 night stay. Hot water at night was spotty between 7p and 11p, but ok during the rest of the time. If you want a very reasonable place to stay for a few nights, no frills, this is for you.
