  • A stylish retreat awaits at this 2BR/2.5BA getaway, boasting a private rooftop deck with panoramic views of downtown and the Texas Hill Country. Highlights include a gourmet kitchen and lavish furnishings throughout. There are two laptop docking stations with a secondary monitor for remote work or online school. Enjoy a prime Eastside location near the University of Texas campus and a host of hip dining and nighttime entertainment options.

    LIVING AREA

    Unwind into vacation mode on the sofa and two armchairs in the living room. In the evening, settle in to enjoy a movie on the 32” smart TV.

    KITCHEN & DINING

    Prepare delicious meals in the sleek kitchen, equipped with a farm sink and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the four-seat kitchen bar. When it's time to eat, convene around the dining table for six.

    BED & BATH

    This three-story duplex condo sleeps four guests between two bedrooms. Find ultimate comfort in the primary suite, furnished with a stately king bed and a 32” smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. Sleep soundly in a plush queen bed in the guest bedroom. The guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination. A half bath is located off the kitchen.

    OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

    Start the day with fresh coffee at the bistro table for two on the second-floor patio. In the evening, gather at the outdoor lounge area with seating for eight on your private rooftop deck.

Perfect spot for our Austin Weekend

We loved the modern vibe of the remodeled home, and fell in love with the third story patio. Our entire transaction went so smoothly from the booking to checking out, a lot of love for this place!

Cool spot

The roof top deck was awesome. Great view of the skyline and a nice place to relax. The inside was just as good, plenty of room and they decorated it nicely.

Rooftop patio gem close to downtown Austin

This is a gem- roomy living space with delightful rooftop patio with view of Austin. Very clean and well equipped and minutes from downtown.

Great stay!

House was clean and well-stocked for making some meals. Location was in walking distance to a park with bike path, a youth activity complex (bowling, roller skating, etc.), and a coffee shop.

Clean and comfortable

The house is very clean and comfortable. The host supports you whenever you have trouble. I recommend all future visitors to stay at this house! It may be a little far from downtown, but I advise those to use the bus and it would only cost $2.5 to use buses all day long.

Awesome view! Very convenient to everything.

The place was decorated and laid out so well. The view from the back of the city at night was fantastic. So easy to get to Starbucks or local coffee shop. Could be on Congress in no time at all. Central location made it easy to visits friend in south Austin. We also attended an event in Round Rock - got there very easily. Will stay here again!

Great Weekend Place

The house was really nice. The view of downtown from the rooftop balcony was beautiful at night! The construction noise was not an issue since our stay was over a weekend, but, the construction debris around the area is something to be cautious about. Great close location for getting to the downtown scene. The only mishap we ran in to was, the freezer part of the fridge was iced shut, and we couldn't use it. All in all, the overall experience of this house was excellent. I will be coming back again.

Nice Place, not so nice surroundings

The home itself is beautiful. The surroundings, well, LOTS of graffiti right outside the property. Homeless people less than a half a block away, which look to be living on the street permanently. The weeds/grass seems to have not been cut or trimmed in months, very tall all around the property. New construction directly next too/behind this townhome was most definitely not enjoyable, as the workers not only blocked getting in and out of the property but the banging and usual building noises at 6am where not enjoyable. On the plus sides, the home itself is very well kept. All you need in the kitchen utensil and dish wise is there. Beds where comfy, master could be replaced due to "dips" from wear. Close to lots of restaurants which most of Austin is.
