Dear Medina,We are sorry your stay with us was an uncomfortable experience. We usually turn down our music after 12am during the week and at 1am on the weekends. I believe that was the residual sound coming from the bar next door. We do apologize during sellout nights it is difficult to relocate guests to another room not facing that side of the building. I do also apologize for not taking care of the noise coming from the hallway usually our security is good about making rounds throughout our entire hotel to ensure such things do not happen. I will personally talk to our Security company to make sure this does not happen again.
