- Welcome to your new home-away-from-home in Austin's vibrant South Congress ("SoCo") neighborhood! This stylish 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house sleeps up to 6 guests and was thoughtfully set up for longer stays of 30+ days - perfect for work trips, relocation, or an extended Austin adventure.
INSIDE THE HOME
Relax in the comfortable living room (with a cozy couch for movie nights) or soak up the sunshine in the bright sunroom. The dining area seats everyone comfortably, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cooking basics, wine glasses, and a baking sheet. Smart TVs, a sound system, and board games keep everyone entertained, while dedicated workspaces - including a standing desk - make remote work easy. The washer and dryer in the unit make extended stays effortless.
BEDROOM SETUP

Fresh bed linens are provided, and each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer.
THE BACKYARD
Step outside into a private, fenced backyard made for fun: a gazebo with outdoor seating, a BBQ grill with barbecue utensils, ping pong/table tennis, foosball, a basketball hoop, yard games, and a hammock for lazy afternoons. Don't miss the neon "Hey Y'all" sign on the green wall - it's a classic Austin photo op!
PARKING AND CHECK-IN
The driveway fits 3 vehicles, and there is free street parking too. Check in whenever you arrive with the smart lock - it's fully keyless self check-in.
THE LOCATION
You're minutes from Barton Springs, downtown Austin, Rainey Street, and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, with the shops, food trucks, and live music of SoCo right around the corner.
HOUSE NOTES
This is a no-smoking, no-pets home with quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. You'll enjoy the entire house and backyard all to yourself - no shared spaces with anyone.
