One thing you should know is to run the dishwasher, you need to flip the switch on the wall. It took me a moment. :) I think TVs are in every room... but I am not sure since we didn't watch tv.

Guests can access all areas of the house except a couple of closets that are reserved for our housekeeping crew, the gas fireplace, and the opening and closing of the garage (though the washer and dryer in the garage are accessible from within the house.)

Our home is in a residential and family-friendly area. We also have a neighborhood rooster (who remains on its owner's property) which you may hear from now and then! Our Round Rock Rooster is known and loved by all our neighbors and adds charm to our space!
Video surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of the home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without a refund. There is a Ring doorbell camera on the front door.
✹ Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out time is at 10 AM. Please adhere to these times to ensure smooth transitions for all guests.
✹Quiet Hours: Respect our neighbors and fellow guests by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM
✹ No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
✹ Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourselves. Dishwashing supplies are provided.
✹ Guest Limit: The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. No additional overnight guests without prior approval.
✹We do not allow parties or events.
✹Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet along. A fee of $50 per pet per stay applies, along with a $300 incidental damage deposit. This deposit will be refunded after your stay, provided there are no damages caused by the pet.
✹ Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents. Report any issues immediately upon realizing the problem.
