With its bright, modern decor and treehouse feel, this beautiful loft unit offers two bedrooms and sleeps up to four guests.
The master bedroom boasts a California king-sized bed, with gorgeous exposed brick walls and floor-to-ceiling windows. Its soundproof walls and blackout blinds guarantee a great night’s sleep after a busy day exploring Austin. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed as well as blackout blinds. With a dresser and large closet, guests can unpack and make themselves at home.

The condo’s newly-remodeled large bathroom is well-lit and spacious, complete with a bath/shower, and plenty of counter space. Its dual mirrors allow multiple people to get ready for the day at the same time. The bathroom is stocked with hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer, and shampoo.

Our recently redesigned kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials you need to cook great meals during your stay. With quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, this bright space is modern and inviting. Have a drink at the counter while someone else cooks! The round dining table seats up to five.
Enjoy each other’s company in the cozy lounge, a beautifully-decorated space with modern furniture, local Austin artwork, and plenty of natural light. A central smart TV is adjustable for easy viewing from the kitchen, dining table, or living room. There is also a dedicated workspace, and with the complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, you don’t have to worry about missing your deadlines or important calls.

Take your morning coffee onto the shady balcony and greet the day alongside the birds. The surrounding trees offer respite from the Texan sun, and the balcony’s solar-powered tiki torches and string lights make this a relaxing and private space to chill in the evenings.

❇ One covered reserved parking space is available as well as plenty of uncovered open parking in the adjoining lot.
❇ When pulling out of the parking spot, please be extra careful not to hit the cement pillar.
Walking, driving, scooters, ride-share are all great options form this convenient location.
Other Important things to note.....
There is no elevator available, so you will need to take a single flight of stairs.
❇ Age Requirements: In compliance with local regulations, all booking guests must be 25 years of age or older. Any guests under 25 are required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout their stay.
❇ Pet fee: A pet fee of $100 applies for 1 pet only, with a 45 lb limit. We charge an extra $50 per pet for additional pets, max of 2 pets only and 45lb limit each as well. Please note that the pet fee is not automatically included in the total and will be added after your booking is confirmed.
🚭 No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of this property. We’ve installed a Wynd smoke detector in each room, which detects recreational smoke. If any guest violates this policy, a $500 fee will be charged. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all our guests!
