RULES:

Please note that this home is located on a lively Austin corridor. Guests love the central location, but some street and city noise can occasionally be heard, especially from outdoor spaces.

For cancellations, please note that the 3.5% credit card processing fee on any amount paid is non-refundable.

We also charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property, but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

No pets allowed at the property.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening.

Note: There is a $500 fine for noise violations / unapproved events.

Our pool can be heated with fee. (pool heating is unavailable from December 1 to March 1)
