We stayed on the 3rd floor. When we got off the elevator the hallways were hot and smelled like a nursing home or something. We got to our room and thankfully the air was on but the room smelled bad. I brought a room spray and used it. The room needs updates, the shower looked like it belongs to a prison. I didn't see any bugs so that's most important for being able to sleep.
Had a wild night so we expected to sleep in. After a few hours of sleep housekeeping was very loud bumping around in the hallway and other rooms that had early checkouts. It was 8AM. Around 9AM the housekeeping LET THEMSELVES IN my room. We didn't have the extra lock on since half of our party was at "breakfast " HOW RUDE!!
Breakfast consisted of microwave foods. Terrible scrambled eggs, white mushy potatoes, pale sausage, along with typical breakfast cereals and such. At least they did have waffles though. That saved the day for me somewhat.
As a whole I thought I paid too much for a tiny room in dire need of updates. That was amplified by my inability to get rest and a housekeeper barging in. Breakfast sucked. Only good thing was that I did not see bugs.
Oh, ice maker was also out of commission on our floor. 140 dollars to not sleep and have poor breakfast 😕
