Summary:
Unwind at this stunning, open & fun home full of light and personality. The house has been lovingly designed with high ceilings, antique details & eclectic furnishings for a luxurious yet charming feel. Enjoy the private backyard with the gorgeous, crystal clear pool & hot tub. The home is located in the heart of Round Rock, and near everything to do in the city of Austin with its access to major thoroughfares. Although everything to do is only a five-minute drive, the area is quiet & secluded.

The Space:
A mix of chic, contemporary and classic design. This home has everything a friendly traveler to the Austin area could want. Plenty of room for everyone, comfortable furnishings, resort style sleeping spaces, an awesome private pool & hot tub plus it is just minutes away from all that Austin has to offer. Whether you are looking for an amazing staycation OR a high end home for everyone in your party to gather, this home has it all. The home has 8 beds plus a couch and can sleep up to 18-20 people.

The primary suite has a private and large ensuite bath with a large walk in shower. The room itself offers a lush, king sized mattress with huge windows to watch a Texas sunset. The other bedrooms all have resort style, queen or double beds. There is a large, fully equipped chefs kitchen adjoined to the open living space next to the incredible outdoor area. The backyard offers plenty of seating with a massive pool/hot tub area, grill and covered patio.

Please recognize that this home is in a residential neighborhood and we do have quiet hours after 10 PM. If nose goes above a certain level we will get a fine by the city which is charged back to our guests if this occurs. This does not mean you can’t get be enjoying yourself after these hours but no loud music or excessive noise is permitted.
⚠️ Please note that we use a black stone instead of a grill.
⚠️ Please be aware that POOL HEATING IS UNAVAILABLE. If the heater is turned on, a $500 fee will be applied.
Pool maintenance is performed weekly without prior notice. The team ensures the pool is serviced regularly each week.

**If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.**

Location Amenities Upkeep

This is a great location with so much to do nearby. Lots of items in need of maintenance. One hour prior to arrival is not great timing to hear the pool is unavailable due to cleaning. One A/C unit not working. Outdoors, the property needs some trimming and cleaning.

Did not meet expectations

This was the worst experience that I have had renting a property. We rented for 2 nights. When we got to there, the pool was filling up with the water hose. I called the number provided, sent a message, and an email before the property manager called me back to say the pool should be usable the next day. The pool guy did come by in the morning to make sure it was good. We had to buy a propane tank to use the grill. The A/C vent in front of the washer was leaking water on the floor. The second night the handle came off the bathtub (it was loose), and the water was coming out and would not turn off. Again called multiple times to let the property manager know, and they said someone would be by in the morning. Nobody came by before we checked out, and the water in that bathtub was still leaking. The inability to get a hold of somebody regarding issues was the biggest problem. They did not try to resolve anything.

Wonderful Stay close to Kalahari

This property was amazing! The home was the cleanest VRBO I’ve stayed in to date. The pool made the stay even better! The home was close to Kalahari, our main purpose of going to Round Rock, and many other restaurants and shops. I found a local spa massage in seconds! The owners were in contact with me and made me feel welcomed in their home. The accommodations were perfect with lots of seating throughout the property and comfortable beds. I highly recommend this stay.

The house was as listed in the description. It has plenty of room with a great pool and nice game room. We did however have some problems with cleanliness and check in. The house was supposed to be available at 4. The cleaners lets us in but where there still almost 5. We spent another 1/2 an hour cleaning the pool. I asked the property manager but had that question ignored. The house was still dirty and there are no cleaning supplies like brooms and mops in the house in the house. The trash cans were already full and the city came by and said the house would be fined because one of those trash cans was for recycling and it's an ongoing issue that they use it for trash. Several dirty spots inside and out were left. I never used the grill because how thick the old grease was on the grates and at the bottom. There is a smell of gas when the hot tub is running. The bed in the master is one of the worst possible. The mattress falls through because the thin little slats slide since they don't fit all the way across the frame.

Family trip to clear out family’s house

This was a beautiful oasis in a difficult time. My entire family stayed here to clean out my uncle’s house. After a small hiccup to get in, during which the property manager was a dream, our stay was amazing! We came back tired, physically and emotionally, and this property was a spacious oasis!
