Questa spaziosa villa completamente ristrutturata con 1 camera da letto e 1/2 bagni offre tutti i comfort di casa, tra cui WiFi, TV HD, camino, lavatrice / asciugatrice full size e un ampio patio avvolgente con vista sulle colline e sul lago e una griglia privata per divertente famiglia e amici. Questo condominio è la più grande configurazione con una camera da letto nel complesso dell'isola a 875 piedi quadrati ed è situato in posizione centrale a pochi passi dai numerosi servizi dell'isola tra cui piscina coperta e vasca idromassaggio, palestra, sauna e ristorante in loco. Altri servizi sull'isola includono due piscine all'aperto, due vasche idromassaggio, campi da tennis e barbecue a carbone. Unico per questa villa è un divano letto king size con un materasso in memory foam molto confortevole e l'accesso a un bagno di servizio nel corridoio. La camera da letto principale ha anche un comodo letto king size e una TV HD. Il bagno principale en suite vanta una doccia di grandi dimensioni simile a una spa con getti multipli e una vasca idromassaggio con idromassaggio per il massimo del relax. Aggiungi una grande cucina completamente attrezzata e ristrutturata con ripiani in granito e un'accogliente sala da pranzo e ti sentirai come a casa. Questa villa ha davvero tutto, quindi prenota ora e goditi la tua avventura sull'isola!

Nice condo, but wasn't clean and it needs maintenance.

We liked the condo itself, but it was very dirty. The bedding was full of pet hair, and the sheets were dirty. We had to wash them before we used the bed, and the washing machine also had hair and built up crud behind the rubber seal. The dishes were dirty as well as drawers, and all the shelves and drawers in the bedroom and bathrooms were dirty with dust and hair.The bathroom sink stopper wasn't attached to the lift rod and I had to pry it open so water could go down the drain. I had to leave it out of the sink, otherwise I'd have to keep prying it open with a knife. How could this sink have been cleaned without whomever cleaning it not noticing this? There were 4 light bulbs burned out in the two bathrooms, and general maintenance seemed neglected. It was advertised with an electric grill on the patio, but it actually had a gas grill, which was fine, except it was out of gas. There were 2 gas tanks and both were out of gas. I could go on about other issues, but the bottom line is when you walk into a dirty place that you're going to be staying in for a month, it's not a good feeling.

Horrible from the start and never got better...

We picked this resort so we wouldnt have to leave to go anywhere and could relax for the weekend. Top things we were looking for was a great view with a working jucuzzi tub in our room & a restaurant on site we could order to go food from. Upon entry, it appeared the place had not been cleaned in months. Bed sheets striped and laying on the floor with a dirty mattress pad still on the bed, mold growing in fridge, stains on all furniture. The entire place was disgusting.The resort is no longer surrounded by water especially on this side closest to land. The view from the patio was a partially dried up lake & the public inside area of the hot tub/pool area. I immediately messaged whom I thought was the owner of that specific condo stating I could not stay here. Come to find out you are dealing with a property manager & not the actual owner. I sent all the pics of the condo to the property manager & she immediately moved us telling me it was an "upgrade". (It had a 2nd room we didnt need) However, I was in building 4 and had to go down to building 2. I had to load everything back up into the elevator & driving down to building 2. We arrived at the top of a steep parking spot. There are NO handicap parking spots. We enter new condo & its clean with the actual water view we were expecting in the 1st condo. However, the jacuzzi tub was broken & restaurant told me over the phone they were too busy to take my order after everything we had been through. Went to bed hungry 1st night.

Wonderful Stay Even Without a Lake

The property was amazing, a little confusing to find our way around but after the first day we figured it out. The condo was wonderfully decorated and very clean. There was nothing that we needed in order for us to enjoy our stay, with plenty of clean sheets, towels and toiletetries and well thought of amenities. I would have given it five stars (or at least 4-1/2!) but the outdoor patio was in pretty bad shape. All the cushions and furniture needed to be replaced so we couldn't really sit on those. There was a really nice grill on the patio to use but everything looked pretty dirty so I probably would not have used it. Little attention to the outdoor area would be a suggestion. It was also very disappointing that the lake was completely dry. Obviously that is beyond the control of the property manager or owner, but I do think it should have been disclosed that there was not actually an island and there was no Lake on the side that the condo was on. I would definitely recommend this unit and property to others , but would be sure to let them know about the lack of water. It made it very difficult to paddle board off the property, which is one of the reasons we stayed there.

First winter away from Minnesota

Great location in hill country with east facing unit. Office manager Melinda Cudeyro was fantastic! When we left a message about cockroaches in our unit, she called back within 10 minutes and had a service come out and spray that day. When the furnace was not working on the coldest day of the year, she sent maintenance to check and then called a heating specialist to come fix it. She also purchased a space heater for us to replace the one that wasn't working. This unit was not adequately cleaned before our stay. We arrived after 5 PM with a cooler of food and discovered a dirty refrigerator that had to be cleaned. One part could not be cleaned unless the unit was pulled out. After that, we noticed pepper like particles in the silverware drawer and one cabinet. We ended up washing out 2 drawers and 3 cabinets, and we ran all dishes and silverware through the dish washer. We spent over 2 hours cleaning before we left for dinner that first night. The level of cleaning certainly didn't come close to COVID protocols. In addition, the windows were dirty, several disgustingly dirty, and one would not completely close. It appeared to me that this unit and the property in general had a lot of deferred maintenance (patio screen door would not stay on track). We also learned that the furnace stopped working in December too and should be replaced. Next year we plan to leave Minnesota for 2 months. I think we will be more cautious and selective in our search. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Great place to spend the weekend or vacation

This is the best place around Austin to enjoy a few days of relaxing time. Secluded,quiet,surrounded by water and nature,with deer welcoming you every step around the property! The condo is great,clean,cozy,packed with everything needed,very close to the swimming pool and with fantastic lake views! The shower-jacuzzi combination is a great addition after a day of hiking or walking around! Beds are great,the couch opens up to a comfy queen bed,king size bed in the bedroom! We brought our furry friend,not many condos have the options! We will rent again,this is one of the best condos we’ve enjoyed in Texas. Thank you! Alex,Monica,Ethan,Waffy!

Loved the location. There are things to improve.

We enjoyed the location within the complex. Nice patio with a grill. Nice frig and washer & dryer. The unit was not that clean. Since we stayed a long time ( more than a month), I did quite a bit of cleaning to make it more livable. The toast was a joke! So we had to purchase one. The vacuum was so disgusting. Had to toss the filter as it was packed with dirt. Never seen such a filthy filter. Coffee pot worked well but has definitely seen better days Overall we enjoyed our stay and were grateful to have a roomy, comfortable, quiet place to stay during our transition from FL to TX.

Safe Haven

We were looking for a pet-friendly place to stay during a category 4 Hurricane Ida and wanted to try somewhere new. We stayed in Houston the last time we evacuated 16 yea ago for Hurricane Katrina . Now, we have 2 children and a dog, and my mother decided to come with us last minute. There was ample space for all of us, especially with the outdoor seating. It was a beautiful property, and the amount of deer amazed us. The outdoor pools offered a beautiful view of Lake Travis. We truly appreciated this safe haven as we watched the destruction happen to our home and surrounding areas.

The house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Just a few minor cleaning issues. The house was a little dusty and the tables weren’t clean well, there was a finger nail on one. Other than that everything was great. The outside view was beautiful. Omg the shower and tub 😍.

Best Kept Secret In Texas

We love the relaxing and peaceful ambiance of The Island @ Lake Travis in Lago Vista! We have been coming regularly this entire year. Now that we found this amazing condo with washer/dryer.and the phenomenal master bath that has a shower to die for (5 different jets shooting water at you from all angles), we are set and will definitely be reserving this place again over and over. The icing on the cake is that we were able to bring our husky Bleu for a complete family experience! Our host Cam was very receptive to all my questions as well during our stay. He just earned a repeat guest for life!

Condo needs color...area carpet for Living area & dining area......paint a wall medium blue.or celery green.....get rid of cords from TV...new bed spread w/color....This condo should market its high end appliances, etc, fantastic shower w/ jets & rain shower & Hunter Douglas window blinds. Very close to indoor pool & work our area & restaurant.....& great summer hideaway w/ herd of deer for entertainment....it does not rent often because of all the white & unatractive photes.....wish someone would pay attention to me & my comments....

The website is well organized and makes it easy to view and rent various properties. The property's location is very nice and affords a nice view of the lake. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the property was inundated with ants in the living area. I called and spoke to customer service. I was told a pest service would make a visit to do a targeted treatment. They never showed the entire weekend. I resorted to buying a can of Raid to treat the problem. We never were able to fully utilize the living area without finding ants the entire weekend. In addition, the security gate code expired on 31 August. The property instructions indicated the code would be valid until 7 days after the last day of the month. I resorted to tailgating on other vehicles to enter the property after calling the property manager and was informed that they could not issue a new code. In addition, there is significant mold growth in the master bathroom between the sink and shower due to water leakage. Finally, we were not able to access the indoor pool and hot tub area as alluded to on the property advertisement. It apparently requires a different code and key card. Overall, not a great holiday weekend experience and I would generally not recommend this property.

The property was very clean and the pool area was awesome inside and out. Beautiful landscape everywhere. Will definitely be coming back.

Not gprgeous and showed lots of wear and tear!

No hangers in closets, greasy area around BBQ on patio, furniture soiled. internet didn't work, light burned out over outside front door, numbering system in garage confusing. What's more to say. Not a good rental. Owners need to pay attention--shows lots of neglect.
