“I loved everything about my stay at The Cabins at East Austin Hotel! The bathrooms are shared, but they are fully private with locking doors, and each bathroom has a private shower, sink, and commode. They even supply shower slides, robes, and baskets to carry towels and toiletries from your room to and from the bathrooms. “For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
