“Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été extrêmement décevant et je ne le recommande pas. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que l'établissement était dans un état de propreté inacceptable. La salle de bain était très mal entretenue, avec de la rouille visible dans la douche. Les draps semblaient sales et usés, et plusieurs surfaces de la chambre présentaient des traces de saleté. “A good place to stay when visiting Mentor. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like fridge and microwave were there for us. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay. ”

“There was no type of breakfast as stated including no coffee. Pillows were completely flat with hardly any stuffing. Asked for 3 more and kindly brought 3 decent ones. Room had carpet and not laminate flooring as stated. AC was not needed it was a cooler day. Shower was decent but only half dollar size soap discs . ”
