“We had a great overnight stay. It was clean, tidy, and very comfortable throughout. The highlight for our family was definitely the heated indoor pool. Having pool towels provided made it super easy and convenient. We also really appreciated the water filters/fountains, which were a nice touch (and helps the environment) The location was great, and we found parking around the hotel to be easy and hassle-free. Overall, a very family-friendly option and we’d happily stay again.”

“Colazione buona (ho provato solo avocado toast m ottimo). Letti grandi e molto comodi con scelta cuscini . Il bagno era abbastanza freddo perché trattandosi di un vecchio hotel non ci sono impianti di riscaldamento quindi doveva essere scaldato dall’aria del termoconvettore che però si trovava in camera.suggerrisco di aggiungere una stufetta portatile o un condizionatore aggiuntivo in camera ”

“Our stay was really nice but a few things were disappointing. We upgraded our room to deluxe but it felt really small. The pool was closed which was disappointing. There were many positives to our stay. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Lovely bottle of wine for our anniversary which was very kind. We were overcharged for cocktails during happy hour but staff assured us we would receive a refund for that. Overall I really nice stay with wonderful staff ”

“The room was tiny! No drawers, only a very small open wardrobe with 2 coat hangers. Nowhere to put cases. Bed right up against the wall so very awkward. There was a courtesy bus into Noosa but we only found out by talking to a staff member, lack of information off anyone . No lift so we had to carry our cases up flights of stairs. "L' hotel e' situato in posizione centrale a due passi dall' Opera House e circular quay con fermata di metro, tram e traghetti.Si trova all' interno di un edificio moderno con una grande elegante Hall.Purtroppo la camera assegnataci e' stata deludente, le maggiori criticita' sono state la presenza di moquette, la mancanza di adeguati punti luce ,che rende la camera molto buia ,la presenza di un guardaroba troppo piccolo per riporre gli indumenti, le dimensioni ridotte del bagno.Ringrazio il personale che davanti alle nostre lamentele si e' prodigato per renderci il soggiorno piu' confortevole, fornendoci una lampada per cercare di avere un po' piu' di luce e cambiandoci la stanza quando si e' verificato un problema con la pressione dell' acqua.La seconda camera assegnataci aveva una bella vista sulla baia.La colazione e' abbastanza assortita di dolci e salato ma non eccelle in qualità "
