“Just looked like I didnt want to touch it honestly. Thankfully the beds looked and smelled clean. The linoleum floors need to go...looks like its been there for decades and not taken care of.”

“Pool was freezing and dirty. Hot tub was cold and dirty. Ants in the pool area. Mold through out the building. ”

“The property was decently clean, never saw a houskeeper, but pool was stalked with towels and we enjoyed the breakfast. Had a little bit of issues with staff. Slightly rude about curtains to pool area. I just wanted to watch my son from the lobby through the windows and was moving the blinds to see in. Was confronted by staff about it. To be fair I don't think she knew I was a parent. Then we were put on "hold" for the front desk for like 5 minutes. They just placed the phone on the counter...

“Arriviamo e impieghiamo un'ora per fare il check-in con una persona incompetente che non sapeva cosa fare. Alla fine ci danno la stanza regolarmente pagata per tre notti. Il giorno seguente, dopo aver fatto un giro in città, ci ritiriamo la sera tardi dopo cena e ci dicono che a nostro nome non c'era nessuna stanza e che non potevamo entrare neanche per prendere i bagagli. Siamo rimasti un'altra ora ad attendere le loro verifiche con una persona con atteggiamenti nevrotici che sembrava non...

“I love the coffee 24/7 in lobby each cup is freshly ground and made, it makes no sense to have in room for me.”

“The staff was spot on. The room was very clean. All employees were helpful & friendly”

“The pool was broken and the staff said the only maintenance man was on another job and the hotel owners didn't see fixing the pool for the guests as a priority. Also the check in area and hallways very warm and muggy, was told the management likes it warm. The bathroom vent in the room made a horrible noise starting up and while running. The toilet was very low and it clunked when you sat down. Needs tightened is my guess. Hotel needs repairs.”

“Parking safe and ok. Room was terrible. Hole in bed from broken springs. Tub water handle broken. Shower curtain rail broken. Toilet seat very loose. Window screen ripped. Furniture and walls chipped and gouged. Smoke alarm missing. Dirty old room. Quiet and AC good.”

“The room was very large and comfortable. Very clean, the staff was friendly and great location. I would definitely stay here again”

“It was cheap, but it was a dump. Loud music late into the night. Pretty much what we expected.”

“We reserved a King suite. It was very nice. The bathroom shower door had some black mold on the track. So, a little more attention to detail is recommended. The outside was lackluster for Frankenmuth. Weeds in the landscape, debris on the ground and parking lot. Not very well maintained. The pool area was ok. The tile flooring and the wall tile along the floor was dirty and scummy. Probably time for a cleaning. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special serving rubber sausage and pre-made eggs....

“Suite was great, staff was super helpful, pool was perfect temperature, AC was CRISPY, breakfast variety was awesome, can't beat the location, absolutely no complaints.”
