“If you have kids and are looking for a unique place to spend some time, this is the place. Waterslides, pool, hot tub, gaming area, restaurants. Super clean; cleaning is visible daily in all areas of the property. Plus Frankenmuth itself is within walking distance. Really unique. A store in town that does Christmas year round. Outlet malls 20 minutes away. I know I would stay here again with having to think about it. ”

“Great place to stay! We arrived a little earlier than normal check in time and we were welcomed with smile! After putting our luggage in our rooms we went back to the car and realized we had locked the keys in the car. We had AAA. While we were waiting the manager saw us standing in the parking lot and he came out to ask if we were ok. It was very nice of him to assist us. We enjoyed your evening snacks and drinks. “We were asked if we wanted our room cleaned by the maid our first morning & we said yes. We saw her in the hall & she said she would clean our room. We came back that night, & she did not. We made 3 separate trips to the front desk....for clean towels, toilet paper & then kleenex. Breakfast was not very good, even though the server was excellent. ”

“A little different since the hotel was being remodeled. The staff was very kind and helpful. The kids were unable to swim in the pool at night due to a child getting sick (not their fault of course) and staff was unsure of protocol. There was no hairdryer in the room. The side door was open the whole time with wide open access to the hotel due to different entrance because of remodel. The breakfast was good and had plenty to choice from. ”
