“The room was dirty. Hand prints on mirrors, carpet stained and filthy. Lights very dim in bathroom. Mould in shower. Breakfast was limited. They ran out of supplies bc they were busy (for several days). No milk and despite being directly beside grocery store refused to obtain for the guests. Manager was rude. Never ever would I go again and there are so many other places to stay. Avoid”

“The manager wasn’t helpful due to the room service was terrible. We had asked for room service from day one of our stay and no one assist us with clean towels, clean sheets and shower gel because this expensive hotel was out…we asked everyday of your 4 days. The 10 years of staying at this hotel will never stay again due to housekeeping room service.”

“Albergo comodo, pulito con una bella hall. Camera spaziosa e letto comodissimo. Ottima la qualità della biancheria letto/bagno. Utile la presenza di una piscina e di una palestra veramente ben attrezzata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati molto bene. L'unica nota negativa che abbiamo riscontrato è il rumore eccessivo causato dalla doccia del vicino, quando utilizzata. Le camere andrebbero insonorizzate meglio. ”

“Hotel basico un po fuori dal centro di Estes. Camera spaziosa, letto comodo, si di OK, colazione BASIC (caffè + dolcetti confezionati). Personale gentile. OK per prezzo non esagerato (per Estes).”

“Great location by a large creek with walking trail. Nice facility. Would only suggest they offer some protein options at breakfast, eg. prepackaged hard-boiled eggs and oatmeal packages with no sugar. Everything but the milk was high carb. Highly recommend the lodge itself. We went to see the Carousel of Happiness, which is right across the street.”

“Of course it was Boulder, CO so I had to pay a high price but I expected more value. The property was convieniently located and was basically kept clean. The problem is it is not well maintained for a facility of this stature. For example, the hand rails in the elevators were all loose and revealed that they were not properly installed. This sort of problem shows up in several areas of the room as well. The staff was helpful but always seemed to be somewhere else when you went to the front...

“Very disappointed that no transportation was available to pick us up in Fraser from the Amtrak dropoff, and no pick up available after we walked down to the WP resort for a meal. Also disappointed you had no restaurant facilities available for dinner or breakfast. You charged a pretty high room rental to be short of amenities like this. However, we found the front desk staff to be very helpful and courteous!”

“Stayed 2 nights first night had NO hot water, the mini fridge did not work and the air conditioner barely blew out air. Complained to front desk about No hot water and they sent a maintenance man. But I had already tookin a cold bath the night before.”

“All of the staff is very hard working, hospitable and amazing. I have only seen this type of hospitality in other countries outside of the USA. Rooms are amazing, updated, clean and well thought. I will most certainly recommend and come back! I love this place.”

“L'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione di Downtown Boulder. La stanza ed il bagno sono molto grandi, dotate di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno semplice. Il personale dell'hotel è stato estremamente gentile, mi hanno anche fatto il favore enorme di custodire il mio bagaglio per qualche ora dopo il check out! ”
