“This place was perfect for me and my family. My grandson always says he wants to grow up on a farm so it couldn’t have gotten any better than this. The family working on the farm were very friendly and easy to talk to. This house exceeded my expectations with plenty of amenities for just about everything you could need. The rooms were a perfect fit for everyone in my family. It was as if they knew we were coming and knew each of us personally. I will definitely try and book this property...

“Although it was off a busy street once inside the property it felt secluded and private. The yard was heavily wooded with a creek running through it. The grounds were well kept and nicely decorated with lots of places to relax and enjoy the outside with additional features of a fireplace and grilling area. There was plenty of room for the dog to wander. Inside it was clean, comfortable, and well organized with all the amenities and little things we needed. It has wonderful couch area and nice...

“Our stay in Fruita was a joy. We arrived to find a spacious, well-maintained, sparkling clean property with all the amenities. We were especially pleased with the well-equipped kitchen -- so well-equipped that we were able to host an impromptu dinner party for some friends who coincidentally happened to be staying in Grand Junction.Our young Lab was at first nonplussed by the xeriscape yard, but was ecstatic to learn that there were nearby plots of grass maintained by the HOA. “Very cute house in an amazing location. Convenient location to everything in Grand Junction. It was a perfect and walkable location to see my son who goes to school at Colorado Mesa University. Backyard area was nice to drink coffee in the morning and relax outside at night. We had an issue (our fault, not the owner’s) and the owner was so helpful, nice and responsive. Check in was super easy! We had a wonderful stay here! ”
