“Room was great. Checkin was terrible for the second straight time. First time was waiting for my room for an hour, and last wednesday waited for my room for an hour and fifteen minutes. Supposed to get a call when my room was ready and recieved no call, yet when i went up to your staff and asked about the room, it was ready. I'll give your place one more stay and see how it goes. Hopefully better.”

“I wanted to love this hotel because it was so cute, but we had a lot of inconveniences. First of all, our room had a cat pee smell that we could hardly stand. We tried to turn the heat on because the room was very cold, but it had a burning smell, so we left it off. The remote for the TV didn’t work so we had to watch one channel.
