“My only real complaint was that the walls seemed a bit thin. Very noisy. Other than that, everything met standards”

“The view is great of the river the rooms are nice but housekeeping is poor moved rooms due to hair everywhere, the second room hair as well the pool had hair all in it as well. The smell in the room was not great either. The breakfast is nice, it's in a great location.”

“Room was great. Checkin was terrible for the second straight time. First time was waiting for my room for an hour, and last wednesday waited for my room for an hour and fifteen minutes. Supposed to get a call when my room was ready and recieved no call, yet when i went up to your staff and asked about the room, it was ready. I'll give your place one more stay and see how it goes. “I liked everything about the hotel and my room. Inviting atmosphere, very well maintained and jazz music in the lobby was a nice touch. Had to be the best shower/water pressure I've enjoyed in years! It was a safe walk to the Riverfront and back from Spokane Arena at night. My only complaint is there wasn't anywhere within a short walking distance you could get breakfast. “I wanted to love this hotel because it was so cute, but we had a lot of inconveniences. First of all, our room had a cat pee smell that we could hardly stand. We tried to turn the heat on because the room was very cold, but it had a burning smell, so we left it off. The remote for the TV didn’t work so we had to watch one channel.
