It has a wonderful sitting area downstairs, and the bedrooms are whimsical and delightful. The breakfasts far exceeded my expectations. Maybe best thing of all is the proprietor, Holland. She is warm, engaging and thoroughly charming. My wife and I hope to have reasons to visit Spokane, again, soon, so we can stay here, again. ”

L'hotel rispetta i canoni standard dei Best Western Plus, camere spaziose, pulite e funzionali. Unico neo, la nostra camera, sul retro, era molto rumorosa a causa dei motori dei condizionatori del palazzo vicino. “Beautiful clean hotel. Nice from desk people all of them included the staff from the little Starbucks inside the hotel 5 star to all of them.5 minutes walking distance to the center. Thank you to all of them especially to Angela.”

“Checked in on Sat May 16. Our 1st room toilet wouldn't flush. Took the top off & the latch inside kept coming off everytime you'd try to flush. Went to call the front desk, phone was unplugged. Then the buttons didn't work for front desk. Went down to ask for another room. 2nd room was same style room but the shower tub paint was literally peeling completely off as we were looking at it. Phone worked this time, called for a new room. They said all they have in the same style is accessibility...

“I did not use the bar or breakfast”

“Room was clean, breakfast seemed like it was closed up early. LOTS of homeless activity across the street. Outside garbage were overflowing onto the ground.”

“Street parking was really easy to find. Staff was very nice. It’s always nice to have access to a full gym and pool. We stay here every time we come to Spokane. A nice stay without a crazy price tag. Can’t wait to come back!”
