I notified the front desk about the loud fan motor on heating/ac unit/sounds like a bearing going out; and low battery light on thermostat. Staff was excellent, good customer service skills. I was attending a conference at the Convention Center and I could easily walk back and forth to my room during the daytime conference. ”
