“This stay was a total surprise as the hotel was a gem. Great location and rooms and everything worked. The best part of the stay were the staff who were so focused on first class customer service. From the time of check-in to check-out we could not have asked for more. The welcome and conversation were warm and genuine and when we mentioned we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary to receive a bottle of wine unexpectedly was just the best. “I had such an amazing stay at Hotel Indigo! From the moment we arrived, everything was on point. Our room was perfect size for us, super comfortable and cozy. “The Steam Plant Hotel is a good place to stay. However, the breakfast didn't meet me expectations of what a 'breakfast included' should be. It wasn't in the hotel. It was down the street in a restaurant. You got to pick a limited number of items from the menu for free, or get a discount off the rest of the breakfast menu. What was really disappointing was that they charged you for coffee! If you walked back to the hotel, you could get coffee for free at the snack room.”
