“Beautiful hotel, large room and comfy bed. Our room smelled smoked in so we were moved to another. There was some construction work but that ended at 5:00 so quiet after that. Bar areas were great with friendly bartenders.”

“Beautiful clean hotel. Nice from desk people all of them included the staff from the little Starbucks inside the hotel 5 star to all of them.5 minutes walking distance to the center. Thank you to all of them especially to Angela.”

“Clean and comfortable. Boring in the best possible way. Close to downtown but removed from the urban disorder. This hotel is a quiet, peaceful retreat from the gloom and grit of Spokane. Also, probably one of the best hotel breakfast buffets I've even seen at this modest hotel price point. Finally, I was booked for 7 nights but only needed 6, and the woman at the front desk very kindly initiated a refund for the last night with Expedia. All in all a simple, cozy, friendly place.”

“We chose the Blue room, and it was lovely! Very comfortable, and we enjoyed the decoration. I was hesitant to reserve, as it was our first B&B, but I am glad we did! I felt comfortable throughout, enjoyed the feel of being in a home. Breakfast was on time, and was perfect . Coffee was really good. We plan on returning in the future. Plus, it is close to all kinds of great food and colleges, as we were there to watch football.”
