“We have stayed at this hotel a few times with our family! This time was excellent like the other times have been :) It has a great breakfast bar, milk and cookies in the evening, a few great places to sit outside and just watch downtown activity. The amenities are always actually good products, and my family loves to call it the castle hotel on the hill downtown 😊 The rooms are also super clean! 5 stars! 👏”

“Beautiful clean hotel. Nice from desk people all of them included the staff from the little Starbucks inside the hotel 5 star to all of them.5 minutes walking distance to the center. Thank you to all of them especially to Angela.”

“Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

“This hotel is in a busy area. Lots of street traffic and parking could be an issue if arriving late. Good value, but if you are looking for a quiet stay, you may want to look at another neighborhood.”

“The Centennial definitely goes out of its way to make you feel welcome and deal with any issues or problems you might have. Restaurant is just average for dinner, but has a great breakfast. There are many really great restaurants within walking distance. What suggest a stay for short or long to anyone who asked.”

“It was very clean. The only thing that could be improved is the bed. It was so uncomfortable and hard and lumpy. Better quality on beds. The breakfast service staff was very put out when I let her know the waffle maker was out of batter, she rolled her eyes at me. Then I had to let her know there was no milk for cereal. When she returned with the milk, I said thank you an there was no response. She was clearly not happy to help others.”

“First of all they advertise they have their own parking lot. While they do, it fits probably only around 15 vehicles and only if they’re compact size. Secondly, I sent a special request that we be able to have a room near the entrance and without stairs since we were there for my husband to have double eye surgery. No one ever contacted me to tell me that we may have to park in a parking garage and then walk to the hotel or tell me the only way to get to our room was up a flight of stairs. ...

“Nice location”

“My main complaint had to do with the bathroom in my room. I discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush after urinating in it; and the sink wouldn’t drain without holding the drain stopper up. Parking was easy, staff was helpful, and breakfast was better than most.”
