“Beautiful hotel in a great location. The restaurant, lounges, and coffee shop were very good. Rooms are spacious, and the decor is very nice. My only complaint would be the carpet stains at the entry of the room. The original view we had was the roof for the valet and parking with the AC units, so we asked to be moved to a different room. Thus, I did not ask to be moved to another room sans carpet stains. We arrived about five hours too early to check in, left our bags, but were not texted or...

“Friendly staff! Convenient coffee within hotel. The property is located in downtown and the homeless and people on the street can be quite scary at night. Be mindful that train tracks also go through very closely so can be loud. The room was not the cleanest, they barely touch it. I think they make the bed and put new towels and that’s it but they are spacious. One day, they did the room and forgot to do the bed.”

“They don’t serve breakfast until 7am on the weekends, so if you have somewhere to be earlier than that, you won’t be getting breakfast here. But the staff was super friendly and the room was clean and comfy.”
