I know it is out of their control, but the unhoused people in the neighborhood (The 7-11 across the street) is not safe. I counted 25 people doing various things, with a lot of taking or exchange of drugs. When I went down the stairs to the car on the La Quinta property there was human feces. “Breakfast at Rosie's was a.azing as well as the girl at the counter. We stayed two night at hotel ruby to see a show across the street at the knitting factory. There were 3 different people at the lobby check in that time and they were all awesome! Rooms are super clean as is the entire building and bar. We had a great stay. We'll definitely be coming back”

It was very clean, everything worked, not as expensive as other hotels in the area, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a problem with parking on the weekend, but we found free street parking (Sunday holiday no charge for the meter) right next to the entrance.
