- The listing states we can very comfortably accommodate 10 adults, or up to 14 guests when there are children (being 6 adults each with their own bedrooms and 8 children (4 per bedroom)).
- The property was designed as a duplex with two completely separate kitchens and living areas.
- It is perfect for multi family get aways who still want some private space for cooking a relaxing
- BBQ and relax on either of the two decks or have fun around the pool/table tennis/dining combo with board games and books supplied. Enjoy sundowners or coffee at the cafe-style breakfast nook downstairs
- The large flat yard boasts a fire pit

Great house for groups.

Well presented place that felt like home but luxury of hotel. Excellent for a family getaway with multiple spaces to gather and enjoy our time. Great for kids with pool table/ Table tennis and plenty of board games. Close to shops and beach. Would highly recommend to any family wanting to have a relaxing and fun getaway.

The property has beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and will situated to walk to the Beach. The host is very welcoming and keen to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The house is beautifully presented, located with stunning views and was decked out with everything we needed. Fabulous long weekend with friends and family was had by all. Thank you Sue-Anne and Gary.

We had such a lovely weekend. Sue-Anne made everything easy and comfortable for all of us. A bonus watching the whales migrate as we sipped champagne on the spacious, comfortable upstairs deck. We will be back !

The property size for our family was good. It would have been better if we had a pool. The decor & attention to detail was good. However, most of the flyscreens need replacing as we couldn’t open some windows making it very hot in the bedrooms. Value for money disappointing.

Perfect house for a large family. Plenty of room and 2 kitchens help. Location was great, close to walking trials and the beach. Table tennis and pool table were a bonus. The house was clean and recently renovated. Would stay again

Very clean, organised and well kept home. There are double ups of everything, 2 kitchen spaces, 2 lounge areas etc. Pool x ping pong table are fantastic extras that add to the vibe. You can tell a lot of thought has been put into this holiday home. Well done!
