It was incredibly clean and well appointed with nice details, like coffee and basic herbs and spices and plenty of other amenities to make the stay comfortable. “Perfect location. Perfect Host. Excellent restaurant for dinner was recommended. Our Host was always available and met us to help get into the correct parking. Easy to walk around this very charming village. ”

“The stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Most descriptions were adequate and we found what we expected. Some problems with the water supply were promptly repaired after we informed the owner (Thanks to him - overcoming some language barriers!). The only aspect which was less ideal was the description of the way to get there. The description could be improved as we arrived late in the dark and therefore pathfinding was a bit confusing. It should be mentioned that the streets are not paved at...

“Plus: Geweldige locatie, geweldige tuin met heerlijk zwembad. Ontvangst vriendelijk en goede communicatie. Min: Binnen 2 slaapkamers met harde bedden. Ook 2 badkamers, die wat verouderd zijn. De kamer met keuken is prima, maar meer niet. Inrichting is kortom gedateerd, met goedkoop ogend meubilair en TL licht. Buiten is zoveel beter dan binnen, dat het echt jammer is dat de eigenaar niet wat meer zorg en liefde aan het interieur heeft besteed. Daarom geen 5 sterren.”

“We chose Ca' Mia for our brief visit to the Lake Como area largely because it's location suited our anticipated day trip plans. Access to the Menaggio and Cadenabbia ferry stations was very convenient and allowed us to get back and forth across Lake Como both with and without our vehicle. We also enjoyed visiting Villa Carlotta which was very close to Ca' Mia. The rental property is tucked into a residential section on the side of the hills above Menaggio so there is no view of Lake Como from...
