“Our room was clean and comfortable. Had a large assortment of food for breakfast and the server made sure everything was well stocked and area was always cleaned up after people left their tables. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! Will definitely choose this hotel next time in Rochester area!!”

“When we arrived they were overbooked so they did not have the room we reserved so they upgraded the bedroom to King suite. The pull out bed was a bit gross when we unfolded it there was two pellets of what looked like dog food on the centre of the bed. They also brought us pillows with no pillow cases. The only good thing was the person was quick to respond to providing us with the items. Kids like the hot tub/pool. Breakfast is really basic. Disappointed by the selection. Otherwise area is safe...

“The room was not well maintained. Most outlet didn't work. There was an empty bottle of shower gel (no soap or any replacement), so basically no dush soap of any sort. At the beginning the key card didn't work, so a second trip to reception was needed. There was absolutely no control over the AC or the fan. It was constantly blowing cold air and despite our efforts to stop it, the only control they had didn't work. The breakfast was extremly basics and an horur after opening half of the products...

“The first room had a broken window, broken lock on the door ,ripped curtains, dirtycoffee pot - I asked to change rooms and there wasn’t any so we kept the luggage rack in front of the room door to sleep. The second room , the following day was dirty , stains on the box spring, toe nail clippings on the floor dirt and cereal in the drawers. Really unacceptable”
