Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire 1 bedroom listing. Including use of the kitchen, bathroom & washer/dryer. During summer, neighborhood amenities are very close, including pool, tennis, pickleball, golf course & driving range.
Note: there is a pool fee for guests if you plan to use it ($14 for adults and $8 for children)
Parking: Please note there is only one parking spot assigned to this listing (the other parking spot in the driveway is assigned to the adjoining unit). If you are bringing more than one car, you must park the second one elsewhere.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood on the golf course and just off of I70. You're less than a 10 minute drive to both the Beaver Creek & Vail ski areas.

Getting Around:
Most of our guests bring cars on their mountain journeys, but there are also bus and shuttle options in the area. Check Avon public transit sites for details.

Other Things to Note:
This property does not have air conditioning.
No Smoking of any kind inside of the unit
Cats are not allowed
No parties or bookings of more than 2 adults
Dogs are allowed from June through October.
There is an additional pet fee if you are bringing a pet, $50, only one pet will be allowed. (1 dog under 50 pounds.)
Dogs are not allowed November through May
There is a ring camera outside the front door.
