This 2- Bedroom condo is within the 4-star Westin Riverfront Resort. You'll have all the conveniences of a private condo residence, plus the services and amenities of an upscale hotel. When you stay here, direct access to Beaver Creek's slopes is literally right outside, via the Riverfront Express Gondola. Please read on for details.

Your Condo:

Your 2-Bedroom condo includes a primary 1-Bedroom Villa as well as a connected, lock-off Studio Villa. You can walk freely between the two villas without exiting, and you can close the lock-off doors for privacy when needed. The 1-Bedroom Villa has two rooms. The first room is a larger space consisting of a living room, dining room, and full kitchen, while the second room has the bedroom and bathroom. The Studio Villa includes a bedroom area, dining area, kitchenette and bathroom. Both of the bedrooms have a King-size Westin bed with plush Westin bedding. Both living areas have a sleeper sofa bed, a large HDTV and a Bose sound system. Both villas also include their own patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and a washer and dryer. In the 1-Bedroom Villa, the full kitchen includes a range & oven, microwave, full sized fridge, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, plus dishes, glasses, and utensils. In the Studio Villa, the kitchenette includes all of the same things, except the stove is a 2 burner cooktop, and the microwave doubles as a convection oven.

Your living room, dining room, bedrooms and bathrooms will be very similar or nearly identical to what you see in the images, or it may be slightly different. For example, you might have balconies and an elevated view, or you might have a patio where you can walk from your patio door directly to the gondola.

Additional amenities include an on-site sports shop for ski & snowboard rentals and barbeque areas with grills, tables, and chairs.

Arrival, Accessibility, Layout and Parking:

– Once you book, we're here to support you. We will provide you with arrival instructions, and answer any specific questions you might have. Arrival is simple. You'll check in at the 24 hour front desk, who are available to support you throughout your stay.
– Access is ADA compliant for those with disabilities and easy for all. Elevator service is available, so stairs are not required. The layout of the condo is all on one level - there are no stairs within the condo.
– Parking is easy and free. Hotel guests will have to pay for parking, but you will not. You can have up to two vehicles. That said, you do not need a vehicle when you are staying here. Access to the Beaver Creek slopes is right out your door. Everything you need is onsite, and even more is within easy walking distance. There's even a free bus picking up and dropping off right outside, if you prefer to head over to Vail for the day, or for the evening.

** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
