  • The perfect spot for outdoor enthusiasts does exist, and it's here at this Colorado condo! Right at the base of Beaver Creek mountain, the location is convenient for those who love to hike and rock climb, and ski in the winter. Drive around town to discover local eateries, arts, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions to complete your awesome vacation. You're also just 500 feet away from both the bus stop and Eagle River.

    Inside you'll be welcomed by a bright interior with lots of natural light. The living area invites you in to gather on the comfortable furniture in front of the fireplace to watch a movie on the TV above the mantle. Prepare grand meals or on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances. If you prefer cooking in the fresh air, bring dinner out to the grill on the back deck. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio as the sun rises over the Rocky Mountains, making memories that'll last a lifetime. Sleep comfortably in one of the two Queen-size beds and enjoy plenty of room for your personal effects in the spacious bedrooms. Don't forget to wash off the day's activities in the luxurious walk-in shower.

Our stay was 2/22-2/26. The condo was beautifully decorated, had a well-equipped kitchen, and the free shuttle to the slopes was just across the street in Bear Lot.
Living room exactly as described online. Every light had dimmers which made it even cozier!

Perfect stay in a perfect place

We were very comfortable in this condo close to everything. Extremely easy to access the town of Avon & Beaver Creek Village transportation. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. The week near Beaver Creek was a perfect get-a-way.

Vail wedding

Stayed 3 nights for all the activities around my little sister's wedding. The place was clean and close to a Walmart which made shopping for breakfast and lunch very easy. Kitchen was well stocked with basic items; very thankful for. Would highly recommend for anyone trying to enjoy a mountain getaway.

Amazing

We where there for ski trip and this place was perfect for it.Didn't even realized till we got there that ski resort shuttle pick up was right across street. Didn't have to drive car around, just pick up skis and go. Very convenient, close to everything. Apartment very clean and nicely updated.

Loved it!!!

We had a girl’s trip weekend here and we loved the condo and the location! It was very comfy and well appointed. It was walking distance to Nottingham Lake where we did stand up paddle boarding. Lots of great hikes nearby! We’ve already planned to come back for a ski weekend this winter because it is walking distance to the Beaver Creek Ski Resort shuttle right across the street!

It was a nice 10 days at this unit. It's as advertised, relatively clean and comfortable. The unit does have smoke coming in from neighboring apartments which is very bothersome. The window/door need to be open and it isn't secure being on the ground level. Additionally, 2 incidents in the development had police activity for many hours in the middle of the night. For this type of price, the neighbors should be more respectful.

Vacasa - Avon/Beaver Creek

This rental is fantastic! Excellent location for Avon, Beaver Creek and Vail area. Restaurants and grocery stores are also very convenient The property is modern, very clean, well equipped for self catering and comfortable. Loved that basic amenities were provided (dishwasher tablets, washing machine liquid, toiletries etc). For a family of 3 this was perfect ! Will book again. Thank you

Perfect location!

We loved the Beaver Creek bungalow! The unit was stocked with everything we needed. Everything is clean, updated and comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails in the outdoor space. We walked to Lake Nottingham for swimming, fishing and SUPing, and got to listen to free live music. Bus to Beaver Creek ski area is steps away so we’ll definitely book again in the winter for skiing. Great base for so many mountain adventures!

Perfect Condo with Great Location

I stayed here for two weeks and it was a home away from home. The unit looks exactly like the pictures and is remodeled with every detail in mind. The place is clean and new, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked and the location cannot be beat. Accessing the Bear Parking Lot bus is a 2 minute walk, followed by 1 minute bus to Lower Beaver Creek Lift. The management company was responsive to my requests and did all they could to ensure I had a pleasant stay.I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a long or short term rental.

Excellent all around

This is our first time visiting this area in the summer. This condo was excellent all around. Very comfortable with plenty of room. Large patio. Fully stocked kitchen. It looks like it was recently fully remodeled. Loved the location close to the river and a great restaurant across the street. It was also very nice that it did not smell like smoke. Would highly recommend.

Fly Fishing Adventure

Excellent accommodations! Only complaint is parking for guest. My brother had to park 11miles away. Booting popular in this area. Locals recommended lot across the street just no peace of mind. Just a lil inconvenient but the place was beautiful so we drove and paid for second vehicle.

Great stay in Avon

Condo was very clean and comfortable and in a great location! We walked to Agave restaurant which had great food, and the Bear shuttle lot to Beaver Creek was across the street, so was very convenient. Everything in the condo had been nicely updated and there was lots of storage for belongings. It was on the first floor and we parked just outside the entrance, which was also very convenient. They are very strict on the parking though and the whole parking pass thing was not very user friendly. But overall, it was a wonderful property, and we would love to stay here again!
