Home is in a location where the views are amazing. Property manager was very responsive when we had to reach out due to faulty smoke detector, and hot tub not working properly, however the manager was not able to have maintenance come until 2 days later (Friday afternoon. We arrived Wednesday). The property manager request a list of cleaning items and expectations be completed prior to check out at 9am, however I am confused as to why there is additional cleaning fee when guests are cleaning and vacuuming prior to checkout. Future rental guest are strongly encouraged to purchase the property damage insurance.
