SPACE:
The condo includes 2 bedrooms, accommodating 6 guests. The primary bedroom offers magnificent views of Beaver Creek Mountain, a king bed, and a spacious private bathroom and closet. The second bedroom features a queen + twin bunk, along with a shared bathroom.

The living room is a haven of luxury with a designer pullout queen sofa bed, hardwood flooring, and expansive windows providing panoramic views. Additional features include a full-size designer kitchen, three HD TVs, air conditioning, a full-size washer/dryer, and parking space for one vehicle in the garage.

Guests can indulge in the resort's world-class amenities, encompassing a pool, hot tubs, fitness facilities, fire pit, ski valet, and a complimentary shuttle service to and from Beaver Creek. Notably, One Riverfront is committed to sustainability, being 100% electric to ensure energy efficiency and minimize the building's carbon footprint. RENTAL SUV:
Offered to LIV8150 guests is a 2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. My team will have it waiting at your residence or the Eagle Airport. Daily rental rate varies by time of year. Please ask Jessica if interested.

PARKING:
Space for one vehicle per unit in the garage on Level P2. Must display a valid parking pass on the windshield. Additional vehicles may be parked at The Resort based upon availability at $100/night.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost.

ARRIVALS AFTER 5PM:
The front desk is only available to provide keys until 5pm. Arrivals after 5pm must be arranged in advance in order to get keys via lockbox.

We loved this place. Our kids loved this place. We will be back! Summers here are so beautiful and the views from the unit are incredible. Plus, the amenities won’t disappoint.

Great Views, Great Location, Great Amenities

The condo is beautiful and modern. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. The living room furniture is not super comfortable and is smaller than it looks in the photos. The beds were comfortable. The finishes throughout are gorgeous - loved the wide plank wood flooring. The only downside we experienced was no AC due to problems with the main heat pump (a portion of the building was affected). Coming from Oklahoma, the nights were hot. The property manager did bring us fans however and we were partly reimbursed. Had I known the AC wasn’t in working order I wouldn’t have chosen this condo. It is a new building and they are working out the “kinks”. Just verify the AC is in working order before booking. We will be staying here again because other than that it was wonderful.

Family Spring Ski Trip

This was the perfect place for our spring ski trip to Beaver Creek. The condo is beautiful, new, clean with high end look n feel. Gorgeous views of Beaver Creek hills and slopes was bonus. Loved the easy access to shops, restaurants, and the on-site hot tubs and pools, however, the BEST part was the ski/board valet at the connected Westin Hotel, which made it uber easy to walk from the condo, grab your boots, skis and poles and walk onto the gondola that drops you slopeside! Highly recommend this condo.

Loved it. We will be back.

We loved this condo, it had everything we needed for our family. Great amenities - great kitchen and appliances, washer and dryer. The kids loved the dedicated pool, hot tubs, game room in addition to the Westin amenities that are shared with the hotel such as the ski valet and fitness center. Excellent location - close to skiing, lake, library and kids playgrounds. Very clean and we loved the incredible views from the bedroom, living room and balcony. The host was super helpful, responsive and provided excellent services for our stay. We will be back again.
