SOUNDFRONT Avon — Portside Dr. — The private boardwalk that stretches toward the serene soundfront is but one connection SUNSET HIDEAWAY will inspire when you settle into this six-bedroom/six-full and three-half-bath home. You’ll also find yourself connecting more meaningfully to those who join you as you watch the sun dip below the horizon each evening, casting a warm, enchanting glow.

Welcome to a serene oasis that brings family and friends together for all the reasons you take a vacation — to relax, explore, experience new things, enjoy your passions and each other. Water-sport enthusiasts will love the proximity to the sound with a dock to launch your kiteboards and kayaks. An outdoor shower allows for a quick rinse afterward. Return with your catch after a fishing excursion and discover a fish cleaning station with water and lights to prepare a seafood feast on the gas grill. For those who prefer the gentler waters, a private indoor pool is at their disposal, rain or shine. Enjoy a soothing soak in the 6-person hot tub on the patio, the convenience of a poolside bar and half bath, as well as outdoor seating to soak in the sun. Guests of SUNSET HIDEAWAY also have access to Kinnakeet Shores community pool and tennis facilities.

With an elevator to whisk you from floor to floor, the first level is all about fun and games. Here you will find a game room featuring a pool table, Smart TV, and wet bar with sink and a full-size refrigerator. A tiered theater room invites you to get lost in plush seats and movie magic with a huge selection of DVDs or by streaming on the Smart TV. There’s also a half bath on this level. Four of the home’s bedrooms are located on the second level including two king masters, one queen master, and a master with two pyramid bunkbeds. All of the home’s bedrooms have new Smart TVs. A quaint den on this floor with a Smart TV, stationary bike, and access to a shaded deck provides a quiet place to escape with a quiet book or have a quick vacation workout. There’s also another half-bath on the landing.

The final two bedrooms, both king masters, are located on the third level, just off the great room. This expansive, open space brings everyone together for joyful cooking in a kitchen featuring two dishwashers, two ovens, and plenty of counter space; laughter-filled meals around a 10-seat dining table; and entertaining evenings with a large Smart TV for optimal viewing. The best view in the house though? Step out onto the furnished deck and watch the sun’s waning golden rays dance across the water. Don’t let the sun go down before booking SUNSET HIDEAWAY today.

Horrible experience with property management group.

The property should not have been rented with so many of the necessary amenities broken. I tried to work with property manager, but could not get resolution of the issues. If the owner was aware then shame on them.
